These Terms & Conditions apply to your use of this website and any purchases made through our Shopify store.

1. Products: We sell fine art prints (primarily open edition prints). Limited edition prints include a certificate of authenticity. Colours may vary slightly depending on screen settings and print processes. All prints are professionally produced using archival-quality materials. We reserve the right to discontinue or modify products at any time.

2. Pricing: All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD). Prices include GST where applicable. We reserve the right to change pricing prior to purchase.

3. Orders: By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and that the information provided is accurate. We reserve the right to cancel orders where fraud or unauthorised activity is suspected.

4. Shipping (Australia): Australian orders are fulfilled via our professional print partner. Shipping timeframes are estimates only. We are not responsible for carrier delays once dispatched.

5. Returns & Refunds: Under Australian Consumer Law, customers are entitled to a replacement or refund for major faults. We do not offer refunds for change of mind or incorrect size selection. Damaged items must be reported within 48 hours with photographic evidence. If your package arrives damaged, please email with:

• A photo of the outside packaging 
• A photo of the damaged print 
• Your order number 

A replacement print will be arranged as quickly as possible.

6. Intellectual Property: All artwork and content on this website remains the intellectual property of Beck Lonzar Art. Purchase of a print does not transfer copyright. Reproduction or commercial use without written permission is prohibited.

7. Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of our website or products.

8. Governing Law: These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. This policy applies to the current version of this website and will continue to apply following the official website relaunch scheduled for May 2026.
