As prints are made to order, please allow: 

• Production time: 3–7 business days
• Shipping time: Standard Australian delivery times apply You will receive tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

If your print arrives damaged, please contact hello@becklonzarart.com within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographs of the packaging and artwork. Please email with: 

• A photo of the outside packaging 
• A photo of the damaged print 
• Your order number 

I will work with my printing partner to arrange a replacement where appropriate.

Because each print is made to order, returns are not accepted for change of mind. However, if there is a fault or damage, please get in touch and I will resolve it promptly.

All prints are produced on premium archival-quality fine art paper – Textured Cotton Rag 310gsm designed for longevity and colour accuracy. The paper is acid-free and selected to ensure your artwork maintains its vibrancy for many years when properly cared for.
